First Course (choice of)

King crab napoleon

habañero pickled carrots

Baby lettuces

blood oranges, caramelized fennel, pepitas, goat cheese

Lobster Bisque

Second Course (choice of)

Spaghetti Lamb Bolognese

fresh ricotta

Butternut Squash Risotto

toasted pecan, mache salad, pomegranate syrup

Seared Scallops

golden raisin farro, crispy serrano ham

Third Course Choice

Sliced Sirloin Steak

green peppercorn sauce, asparagus, potato puree

Grilled Tea Brined King Salmon

Brussels sprouts, bacon, fingerling potatoes, red pepper reduction

Roasted Hudson Valley Duck

caramelized balsamic pears, duck confit, jus

Dessert (choice of)

Espresso Chocolate Tart Raspberry Semi Freddo
