Ilson Goncalves, owner of Montclair's hottest restaurant, Samba Montclair, visited the Kettle Kitchen to teach us an easy, traditional Brazilian dessert, Passion Fruit Mousse.

I have tried that in the past and its too tart for my liking. I guess if you are brought up on the flavor you'll grow to like it...but its not on my list of favorites (no second helpings please).
It's definitely one of my favourite things at Samba
